Lionstone assembled and managed four residential property portfolios in the Netherlands, all located in economically strong areas with solid infrastructure. The strategy centred on active asset management, including the refurbishment and sale of vacant units, while maintaining the quality and livability of the housing stock.

In March 2025, Lionstone successfully completed this investment cycle with the bulk sale of the remaining 190 units to a private investor, concluding its Dutch portfolio strategy with a fully executed exit.
