Lionstone currently owns and develops projects across twelve prime locations in Luxembourg. These sites are strategically positioned and represent a diverse pipeline of residential developments at various stages.
Construction is ongoing on two projects, while four projects have already been sold prior to obtaining building permits - reflecting our ability to unlock early-stage value through strategic site acquisition and planning.
For the remaining projects, development efforts are progressing actively, with most having received PAP approval since acquisition. These developments are steadily advancing toward permitting or construction.
True to our strategy, we do not invest for rental income. Projects are either fully developed and sold on plan (VEFA) or sold as permitted plots, depending on market conditions and investor appetite.
