Jeff BURMEISTER
Jeff co-founded Lionstone in 2019 and is responsible for the firm’s investment activities and the active development of its real estate projects.
Prior to founding Lionstone, Jeff worked as a Portfolio Manager at ING Bank Luxembourg, where he specialised in tailor-made investment solutions for UHNWI clients. He holds a Master’s degree in Finance and a Magister in Banking & Finance from the University of Paris 2 – Panthéon-Assas. Jeff is fluent in English, German, French and Luxembourgish.

Henry SCHRÖDER-CASTENDYCK
Henry co-founded Lionstone in 2019 and is responsible for the firm’s operational activities, including fund structuring, transaction execution, investor onboarding and coordination with key service providers.
Prior to founding Lionstone, Henry worked as a Manager in Consulting at Deloitte Luxembourg. He holds a Master’s degree in Accounting & Finance from the University of St. Gallen (Switzerland) and studied abroad in Spain and South Africa. Henry is fluent in English, German, French and Luxembourgish.

Steve VERMEER
Steve co-founded Lionstone in 2019 and is responsible for sourcing new investment opportunities and leading negotiations with selling parties.
In addition to his role at Lionstone, he is a Managing Partner at Investe-Group. Steve holds a Master’s degree in Real Estate Investment from Cass Business School in London. Since 2012, he has been involved in numerous successful real estate club deals. Steve is fluent in English, German, French, Dutch, Spanish, Italian and Luxembourgish.

Charles POZZO DI BORGO
Charles joined Lionstone in 2023 and focuses on the development and active management of the firm’s real estate projects in Luxembourg, overseeing projects from acquisition through delivery.
Prior to joining Lionstone, Charles worked as an Asset Manager for a real estate fund in Luxembourg, where he gained experience in structuring and managing residential development projects and real estate investment vehicles. Charles is fluent in English and French.

Romain MULLER
As part of the Lionstone team, Romain Muller supports the sourcing, structuring and execution of real estate investment opportunities, with a particular focus on club deals and investor partnerships.
He collaborates closely with the partners on originating new projects and coordinates transactions from initial analysis through closing. Prior to working with Lionstone, Romain gained experience in real estate investment and financial advisory, working with private investors and development partners in Luxembourg.
Asset Manager, The Netherlands
Raymond WIJNANS
Based in our Amsterdam office, Raymond has been responsible for Lionstone’s real estate investment and development activities in the Netherlands since the launch of the fund. He managed the Dutch portfolio end-to-end, from acquisition and development to asset management, until its successful bulk sale in March 2025.
Throughout this period, Raymond continuously sought new investment opportunities, playing a key role in building and optimising the firm’s Dutch platform.
