We are pleased to announce that Lionstone Real Estate Partners RAIF has successfully sold its Dutch residential portfolio, comprising 190 dwellings, to a private investor.

The portfolio, which we began assembling and developing in 2019 and 2020, includes both multi- and single-family homes, with 20% consisting of newly developed, energy-efficient houses: 18 in Biddinghuizen and 19 in Roermond.
